These sessions will introduce and explore the world of hand-stitching, using a range of stitches, fabrics and threads.
You are welcome to bring along your own materials or project, however plenty of materials are included. I will also bring hoops, scissors and needles for you to use.
Tea and coffee is included.
Hand-stitching is particularly beneficial for maintaining positive mental health and is a recognised mindfulness activity, allowing you to focus on the present moment, providing the opportunity to slow down your pace of life for a few hours and take you out of your busy day.
These workshops will be delivered at K.O. Creations which is located at 37 Elmhirst Lane, Horncastle, LN95LU, and will take place on the following Tuesday mornings between 10:00am and 12:30pm :
