This workshop is suitable for all abilities.
Who doesn't love an Advent Calendar! They provide a focus each day through the lead-up to Christmas and make a great gift which can be used every year and even passed down through the generations.
It's also an environmentally-friendly alternative to branded uninspiring cardboard and plastic mass-produced versions available in the supermarkets.
Each pocket is big enough to fit a variety of throughful gifts of your choice for yourself or loved ones.
You will be using a free-motion embroidery technique, along with appplique, to apply the decorations. This includes the numbers on each pocket. A choice of designs for the top-piece will be available.
All materials are included.
Teas, coffee and lunch is included.
You will need to bring a sewing machine on which you can “drop the feed dogs” and a free-motion embroidery foot. If this is a problem, please contact me at allsewnupbydebs@gmail.com.
